Description

The central question in this issue is how we can understand communism in relation to Marx’s categories of abstract labour and value. Are these inseparable from the commodity form and capitalist society, or will they, on the contrary, survive under the control of the associated producers? We are publishing both translations and our own texts on this theme, which we have been working on on and off since the previous issue was published. With this tenth issue, we are also bringing to a close the project that began more than twenty years ago. We look forward, however, to continuing the discussion in other contexts.
